A 90-YEAR-OLD Le Mans-winning Bentley is to go on display in Paris next week as part of the prestigious Rétromobile exhibition. The car, which won the 1924 Le Mans race with John Duff and Frank Clement behind the wheel, is to be Bentley’s headline act at this year’s show. It was picked as a celebration of the rejuvenation of Bentley’s racing programme, with the Continental GT3 racer this year competing in races at Silverstone in Northamptonshire, Italy’s famous Monza and the cutting edge Paul Ricard circuit in southern France.

A team of CAR reader reporters joined us at the international press day of the London motor show earlier this week – and you can now rate their reports live on CAR Online. You might be familiar with their user names: asp, carcare, jacomoseven and Sandy T won an exclusive competition at CAR Online to win golden tickets to media day, and they rubbed shoulders with the world's media as cars like the Lotus Evora, Honda OSM and Ford Focus RS were unveiled.
You certainly didn't expect to pay sticker for the first Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Carbon limited edition off the line, did you? Carbon Corvette No. 1 will cross the block on April 3 at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Palm Beach, Fla., and like previous limited-run Chevys, this will definitely create a stir.
